In this role, you will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the secure and efficient deployment of our applications and infrastructure in the Azure cloud.

The adecuado candidate will have hands‐on experience with the Azure ecosystem, a strong background in software development and operations, and a passion for implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

Design and automate infrastructure deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Identify and deliver Dev Ops improvements enabled by AI/ML.
Participate in cross-regional best practices guilds and knowledge exchange initiatives.
Provide guidance and training to team members on secure coding practices, threat modeling, and risk management.
Participate in incident response and post-mortem analyses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture principles, technologies, and best practices.
Experience implementing and managing monitoring, alerting tools, and vulnerability scanners.
Proficient with Azure and its related services (App Service, AKS, AKV, Private Networking).
Hands‐on experience with application containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, Git Ops).
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for both applications and infrastructure (Azure Dev Ops, Git, Git Hub).
Strong experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code,



including modules, state management, remote backends, workspaces, and secure patterns.

Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process.
Knowledge of networking technologies, security protocols, and best practices.

Fully bilingual: must speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English.

This position is hybrid; you may be expected to go into the office 2 days per week.
Our Senior Dev Ops Engineer earns between $84,000 – $126,000 MXN gross monthly. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on experience, expertise, and education/training.
