Contract Associate AnalystType of position: Full‑Time Employment

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Monterrey, Reciente León, Mexico

Job Description

Conduct thorough investigations of internal systems and online storage locations to compile comprehensive records of supplier relationships, including agreements, amendments, orders, and spending patterns over time.

Interpret and analyze software licenses and service agreements, plus their associated SOWs, quotes, and purchase orders, working without benefit of legal or financial support resources.

Draw internal requirements, timelines, and budgets from internal stakeholders to plan negotiations, then drum up consensus for those negotiation plans.

Execute negotiation plans with external vendor teams, leading compromise formation and driving to agreed outcomes.

Present on negotiation progress and outcomes to stakeholders, building support for approval and execution of contracts.

Document progress into daily, weekly,



and monthly reporting, including end‑of‑negotiations wrap‑up documentation.

Organize, catalog, document information and create processes and structures to increase the team’s overall capability and efficiency over time.
