LOCATION: IGS Guadalajara, MexicoREPORTS TO: Supervisor, Learning ServicesSCOPE: RegionalWORKPLACE TYPE: Hybrid The Analyst Learning Services role involves designing and producing interactive, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences that train our manufacturing employees on Ingredion technologies, manufacturing standards, and certifications across the globe.

The incumbent will also manage our LMS (Learning Management System) and resolve technical issues for colleagues. Core Responsibilities Users Support & Issues Resolution: Proactively resolve issues through effective communication, timing, and exceptional customer service via Learning Services tickets.E‑Learning Development: Create and deliver e‑learning content, content curation, translations, etc., ranging from basic text and images to advanced simulations. Collaboration with SMEs: Work with subject matter experts to validate technical and content requirements for digital content development. Training Project Management: Oversee training projects from analysis and design to production of instructor‑led and computer‑based trainings. Training Program Delivery: Present training and development programs using group discussions, classroom sessions, journeys, simulations, and videos. Learning Reports and Records: Set up and run learning reports, maintaining records of training activities, attendance, test results, assessments, and retraining requirements. Data Integrity & Reporting:



Ensure accurate records in systems and consistently update trackers for compliance and reporting. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Design Communications, or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, English, and for the region (including German/Portuguese*). Advanced verbal/written English communication skills. Working proficiency in Articulate 360 to create engaging and interactive CBTs. Strong attention to detail and timeliness/drive for results. Strong presentation skills. Desirable Requirements2+ years of learning experience creating infographics, video tutorials, or e‑learning content. Experience with video/asset development software including Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Creative Cloud), etc. Experience working in general companies, ideally in union manufacturing, food, or chemical production environments. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday or similar). Required Behaviors and Skills Ability to promote teamwork and collaboration. Clear and persuasive communication skills.
