At Sens Flo, we continue to grow our team and are looking for a proactive and highly resourceful Field Technician based in Tijuana with experience in industrial plant implementations. If you have a solid technical background and are used to on-site challenges, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit industrial plants to execute technology implementation projects.
- Perform structured cabling installation work.
- Mount cabinets and install communication equipment (switches, IPCs, routers).
- Connect laptops to process machine PLCs for testing and configuration.
- Work closely with our remote support team to ensure successful installations.
- Autonomously and agilely troubleshoot and resolve unforeseen issues typical of fieldwork.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in structured cabling and network equipment installation.




- Sufficient technical knowledge to interact with and establish connections to PLCs.
- Own equipment and tools: It is essential to have a laptop, structured cabling termination tools, and general hand tools.
- English proficiency: Ability to communicate and work seamlessly with our remote technical support team.
- Proactive, self-driven profile with a strong focus on problem-solving.
- Availability to travel to different manufacturing plants.
