Responsible for timelyand accurate day-to-day customs compliance activities, strategic project management,reduce Bunge’s risk when conducting international business, and serve as front line contactfor internal customers. This role is a critical link between corporate functions, externalservice providers and regulatory agencies under which Bunge operates throughout NorthAmerica.What You'll Be Doing:Provide guidance to brokers, freight forwarders, and internal business stakeholdersto ensure compliant and timely execution of import and export filingsResponsible for import and export data elements for Routed Transactions, FDA PriorNotice, EEI Filings, and any other Partnering Government Agency requirementsAmend (as necessary) all EEI filings, along with ensuring the recordkeeping ofrelevant documents in compliance with 15 CFR Part 30. Evaluate & interpretinformation to ensure compliance & recommend corrective actions whenappropriate.Monitor the compliant execution, release and accounting of imports and exports andrelated partner agency documentation on the Norther U.S./ Canada border with anemphasis on the supply chain for major production facilities.Responsible for investigating and when necessary assist in implementing resolutionfor value chain stakeholders’ concerns to ensure timely and compliant execution ofcompliance responsibilities.Determine North American regulatory product classifications based on material datasheets, bill of materials, and technical literatureSupport implementation of trade compliance processes, procedures, and tools byembedding trade compliance requirements as necessarySupport the implementation of trade compliance processes/polices,



training andtoolsSelf-starter on audit & identification of errors on export and import documentsHelp generate North American Metrics and Key performance Indicators to helpimplement standardization, digitalization, and automation while exemplifyingsustainable excellenceSupport the issuance of e-documentation and the continuance of a digital platformfor the issuance of documentationSupport the issuance of Free Trade Agreements, Country of Origin Certificates, andother standardized certificatesOther duties as assigned.Required Competencies.Leadership: Able to influence the actions and opinions of others in a desireddirection; to exhibit judgment in leading others to worthwhile objectives.Teamwork: Demonstrate ability to work with people in a manner that builds highmorale and group commitment to shared goals and objectives.Communication: Demonstrate ability to communicate with others in a helpful mannerwhile simultaneously building credibility and rapport.Organizational Capability: Demonstrate ability to organize and/or schedule people ortasks and to develop realistic action plans while being sensitive to time constraintsand resource availability.Strategic Decision Making:
