Bay Property Management Group is seeking a Residential Portfolio Manager to join our growing remote team in Mexico. If you're an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of residential rental properties across the United States, working directly with property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of approximately 100–125 residential properties, you'll help ensure properties are well-managed while providing excellent service to owners and residents.

Your responsibilities include:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of your assigned property portfolio
- Serving as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants




- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Tracking work orders and ensuring timely completion through AppFolio
- Reviewing and approving maintenance invoices
- Coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and property turnovers
- Processing lease renewals and security deposit reimbursements
- Maintaining accurate documentation and property records
- Ensuring compliance with property requirements and operational standards
- Delivering responsive, professional customer service while building strong client relationships

What We're Looking For

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Your own PC/laptop equipment (Mac is not supported)
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of residential maintenance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
