Como Ejecutivo de Autoservicios, serás la persona responsable de generar la estrategia de ventas y mercadeo con base en el análisis de información en tu zona. Reportarás directamente al Gerente Regional. Estarás ubicado en #Hermosillo, Sonora.
Responsabilidades fundamental
Cumplimiento de objetivos de la zona.
Administración y supervisión del personal a cargo en los puntos de venta.
Análisis y manejo de información de ventas.
Asegurar el desplazamiento y la ejecución del portafolio de las tiendas a cargo.
Gestión del personal (supervisión, capacitación y seguimiento)
Requisitos
Estudios universitarios (trunco o terminado).
2 años de experiência en ventas.
2 años de experiência con gente a cargo.
Paquetería Office intermedio.
Orientación al cliente y consumidor final.
