Desarrollar y educar a los empleados del sitio para impulsar la transformación cultural de la seguridad laboral; y Desarrollando alianzas con personal fundamental del sitio, incluyendo Liderazgo en Fabricación y No Fabricación, Recursos Humanos, Higiene Industrial y recursos de Ergonomía, y Servicios de Salud.
