Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical/Electronic/Chemical/Robotic/Mechatronic Engineer to support controls, programming, process improvement, power system design, drawing and schematic creation, project engineering, and equipment troubleshooting. The role collaborates closely with process engineers, internal electricians, and external contractors, and involves time spent on the facility floor to understand infrastructure, processes, and layout.

What you will do Develop, program, maintain, modify, and support Human‑Machine Interface (HMI) systems and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) systems. Design, update, and enhance electrical schematics and diagrams, ensuring accuracy and providing redlines for changes. Work with AC/DC motors and power distribution systems. Collaborate with the maintenance team to support site electrical needs, including migration paths for obsolete controls and components, ensuring compliance with NEC, IEEE, and NEMA standards. Troubleshoot electrical/electronic infrastructure and technical issues, providing root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving. Research and develop new technology to update and enhance industrial electrical systems.



Drive research and development of new technologies to modernize and improve electrical, electronic, control, and robotic systems. Support Maintenance in maintaining Arc‑Flash models for the site’s electrical system and identify improvement areas in the facility and executive buildings. Work closely with the Engineering department to support project development and execution plans. What you will bring Experience in Manufacturing Plant Electrical Engineering, with knowledge of NFPA 70 requirements. Proven project leadership experience with the ability to collaborate effectively. Bachelor's degree (B. S. or higher) in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution. Experience with, or willingness to learn, Siemens/Allen‑Bradley PLC programming and other various platforms.
