Overview
The People Experience Coordinator is responsible for seamless execution and support of the Americas People Experience Managers and Advisors.
Their role is to ensure all systems are updated, data is accurate and that our business runs smoothly.
Incumbent will need to interact with multiple systems including PeopleSoft as well various proprietary ones.
Reporting directly to a People Experience Manager, you will be given the freedom to be yourself along with recognition for what you bring to the table, allowing you make a real impact and be a true Kearney Original.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain HRIS (PeopleSoft) including but not limited to entering onboarding, employee lifecycle and offboarding transactions
Help with staffing entries in the system (SAP)
Support the People Experience team and staffing process
Run monthly HR and staffing audits
Work as a trusted source for HR and Operations related questions
Support consultant and management services onboarding process by collaborating with multiple onboarding stakeholders
Perform a variety of HR tasks and projects to support the People Experience team in a fast-paced environment

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have the ability to work on multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in collaboration with others
Hold an undergraduate degree or have equivalent educational experience
Are fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
