Join a team that is at the forefront of digital transformation, driving innovation through cutting‐edge automation solutions.As a Senior Automation Developer at WWT, you will work on impactful projects across a integral organization, mentor junior engineers, and help shape the future of how we work.ResponsibilitiesPlatform Architecture, Governance & Lifecycle ManagementCoordinate and collaborate with Platform Architects and Administration teams to establish and promote organizational best practices across Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Platform Lifecycle Management (PLM), governance, security, performance, and scalability.Drive the adoption of standard logging, proactive monitoring, and alerting frameworks to ensure absolute system visibility.Robust End-to-End Automation DeliveryDesign and implement robust, enterprise‐grade workflow automation solutions using industry‐standard Low‐Code/No‐Code (LCNC) platforms in strict accordance with company policies and cybersecurity guidelines.Lead continuous agile development alongside Product Owner(s) by owning the end‐to‐end lifecycle—planning, prioritizing, designing, testing, and managing the rollout of high‐impact solutions.Apply user‐centric product principles to develop apps and workflows that boast consistent, intuitive, and highly accessible user interfaces.Assume day‐to‐day production support, addressing and swiftly resolving critical live environment issues.Proactively tackle and resolve complex architectural bottlenecks related to platform performance, reliability, and security vulnerabilities.Leadership, Culture & InnovationServe as a technical anchor by guiding, coaching, and supporting junior and mid‐level engineers through structured mentorship and constructive design advice.Actively drive the internal adoption of workflow automation platforms across business units with an unyielding "Automation‐first" mindset.Continuously learn, test, validate, and recommend the pragmatic use of cutting‐edge developments in automation and AI technologies.Work collaboratively as a proactive, reliable team player within a supportive environment, demonstrating cultural flexibility with diverse, global, and cross‐functional project teams.Take complete, unconditional ownership of your operational role,



consistently exceeding internal and external client expectations.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of professional software engineering or automation delivery experience, with at least 3 years directly focused on designing, deploying, and maintaining institutional‐scale RPA infrastructure with Power Platform and UiPath.Minimum 2 years of experience with enterprise‐grade programming languages such as JavaScript, React, Python, Java, or C#.
Minimum 2 years of experience and strong foundational knowledge working with SQL and RDBMS systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, etc.Familiarity with the latest AI models and Vibe Coding.Experience with other automation technologies and low‐code platforms.Experience with intermediate string manipulation using Regex and XML/JSON schemas for custom API interactions.Experience with SharePoint and various data stores (RDBMS, Flat Files, Columnar DBs, blob storage, etc.).
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) concepts.Proficiency in communicating with business users, understanding business processes, and quickly implementing workflow automation solutions collaboratively with cross‐functional teams.Proven track record of idea‐to‐execution ownership of business user‐facing deliverables.Ability to assess existing solutions and applications to identify gaps and opportunities, recommend action items, drive technical excellence, and mentor junior team members.Ability to understand users' goals and context of use in designing LCNC apps and automation solutions, providing user‐centered design guidance.Experience with BI reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI preferred.Experience with user research, usability testing, and wireframing is a bonus.Core Architecture Competence BreakdownMicrosoft Power Automate (60% Weight)Deep expertise in Power Automate Desktop, engineering highly stable surface automation actions across Citrix virtual desktops, Oracle ERP legacy forms and Oracle ERP Cloud.Proven capability configuring and consuming native Dataverse Work Queues to manage transaction life cycles, exception SLA tracking,
