What is your role?
As a Maintenance Technician, you will support manufacturing operations by performing maintenance activities that ensure equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. This role is key to minimizing downtime, troubleshooting equipment issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced production environment.
Major Responsibilities And Tasks
Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures to restore equipment operation and reduce downtime.
Support equipment installations, adjustments, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance procedures, and accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
What do you need to have?
Technical degree.
5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
Teamwork, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
English knowledge is a plus.
