Your Role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Services Manager responsible for leading Facilities, EHS, security, and plant infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations and full regulatory compliance.

What You Will Do

Lead plant services and infrastructure (utilities) operations

Implement EHS programs and ensure regulatory compliance

Manage security systems and asset protection initiatives

Develop business continuity and emergency response plans

Lead facility expansion and improvement projects

Manage capital projects within scope, schedule, and budget

Ensure preventive maintenance strategies and asset reliability

Drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, RBA, and applicable regulations





Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

10+ years of experience in facilities or manufacturing services within the automotive and/or electronics industry

5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams

Strong knowledge of utilities and industrial systems

Experience with EHS standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)

Advanced English proficiency
