Detailed Description of the Project
Project Objective

Collaborate in the development of projects, carrying out tasks and activities in the Global laboratory.

Challenges for the Students

Working in a cement laboratory environment (manual operations, extended periods on your feet), as well as office work to prepare reports and presentations.

Performing chemical and physical analyses

Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out





Carrying out research on current technology trends through online search tools, databases, etc.

Preparing technology-watch/monitoring reports.

Conducting analysis and testing of samples in the cement laboratory.

Supporting equipment maintenance, calibration, and verification plan activities

Specific Requirements / Qualifications

Ability to synthesize and organize data, and prepare presentations.

Laboratory experience: chemical analysis activities and physical tests involving physical effort (max. load 20–25 kg).

Attention to detail: chemical analysis activities are sensitive to variations.

Independence: able to learn and carry out chemical and physical laboratory tests on their own, without supervision.

Ability to act responsibly and in accordance with CEMEX Health & Safety guidelines.
