Overview
The Planner Buyer is responsible for managing the procurement and planning of materials and components required for manufacturing. This role involves close coordination with receiving, production, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials aligned with customer specifications.

Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales orders.

Convert master production schedules into detailed material requirements using MRP.

Coordinate with engineering to ensure BOMs and routings.

Procurement

Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

Procure raw materials, components, and services required for custom builds.

Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

3–5 years in a planning or buying role within a manufacturing environment.





Experience with ERP, especially in MRP and procurement modules.

Skills

Advanced English level

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Arrangement
Hybrid scheme (2 days Home Office, 3 days on site).
