Job Responsibilities Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on production machinery and equipment.
Support the diagnosis and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Participate in the implementation of improvement projects aimed at reducing downtime and optimizing equipment performance.
Help maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.




Support the development and updating of maintenance procedures and documentation.
Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles within the maintenance context.
Job Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Eagerness to learn and develop practical maintenance skills.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or maintenance role (through academic projects or previous internships) is a plus.
Availability to complete a full-time internship.
