Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc)

Manage and monitor service orders and maintenance tickets

Liaise with vendors and contractors

Conduct regular inspections and ensure all facilities meet safety and operational standards

Coordinate cleaning, reception, pantry, and waste management services

Monitor soft service providers' performance and quality delivery

Ensure workplace experience standards are consistently met across all sites

Rotate across Zentralia, Toreo, and Work Polanco as operational needs require

Ensure consistency of facilities standards and procedures across all locations

Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and landlords at each site
