Objective / Purpose of the Function
The Storekeeper receives, stores, and sorts materials, reviewing, organizing, and distributing them to maintain the necessary inventory levels and ensure efficient service to the organization, aligned with teamwork and continuous improvement. Develop and execute a strategic plan to support and continuously improve knowledge, skills, and the learning environment in a mid-sized, high-mix multinational engineering and manufacturing organization.
Main Responsibilities
Monitor FIFO/PCPS and cycle counts for the area.
Deliver material based on quantity, part number, and time according to standards.
Notify the shift leader of discrepancies and inventory levels at the locations from which the material is delivered.

Compliance with internal work regulations
Support the objectives defined in KPIs (Dashboard)
Participation in Continuous Improvement
Maintain the 6S in the work area
Monitoring transit locations (P2CART/CART/FLREC/TXWHSE)
Skills and abilities
Educational level: High school
Experience as a warehouse worker (minimum 1 year)
Inventory knowledge (Intermediate)
Cycle counting strategies (Intermediate)
Microsoft Office (Intermediate)
Use of MRP system (Intermediate)
Materials and chemical handling (Basic)
Knowledge of C-TPAT and AEO (Intermediate)
Drawing interpretation (Intermediate)
Bill of Materials (BOM) interpretation
Forklift use (desired)
Basic English (technical)
Measurement systems equipment management
Experience in SMT materials handling (1 year)
FIFO/PCPS management (Intermediate)
Kanban management
Receiving area knowledge (Basic)
Knowledge of units and measurement conversions in the English system
Mathematical knowledge and skills (Intermediate)
