Oracle Payroll Cloud Functional Consultant We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Cloud Functional Consultant to join a long-term project based in Guadalajara, Mexico . Duration: Long-Term Experience: 10–14 Years Key Requirements: 10–14 years of experience in Oracle HCM with strong functional expertise in Oracle Payroll Cloud . Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Payroll Cloud implementation projects. Proven experience with Oracle Payroll Cloud for Mexico . Strong background in Payroll Cloud production support and issue resolution. Expertise in Payroll Configuration, Payroll Elements, Payroll Balances, Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, Costing, and Payroll Processing. Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live support. Exposure to payroll integrations, HCM Extracts, and BI Reports is preferred. Knowledge of other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits) is an added advantage.
