What You’ll Be Doing Assist in developing, documenting, and improving manufacturing processes.
Monitor production lines to identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
Conduct root cause analysis for defects and assist in corrective/preventive actions.
Document change-over and setups for assembly process.
Follow up on preventive maintenances.
Participate in cost-reduction projects and yield improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For Basic understanding of lean manufacturing, SPC, and quality tools.
Studying bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,



Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Maximum 1 year to complete studies.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced factory environment.
Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams.
English desirable (B1/B2).
