The Production Manager is responsible for leading the entire manufacturing operation, ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of the production plan while developing a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

The position requires a strong floor presence, exceptional execution discipline, and the ability to develop people while driving sustainable operational results.

Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in wire & cable manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of extrusion processes is required. Experience with Data Cable manufacturing is a significant advantage.
- Experience leading multiple production lines and large operational teams.
- Proven record of implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives and delivering measurable operational improvements.

- Lead daily production execution.
- Ensure production plan adherence.

- Ensure proper execution of production schedules.
- Develop production supervisors and line leaders.
- Follow up on operator training and certification.
- Monitor equipment performance together with Maintenance.
- Eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Reduce manufacturing waste.
- Ensure customer delivery commitments.
- Promote a strong safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements.
- Coordinate New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Lead production readiness for new projects.
