How you’ll make an impact

- Lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation solutions.
- Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives that improve operational efficiency and manufacturing performance.
- Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for increased throughput,



reduced waste, and enhanced product quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to successfully integrate new products into manufacturing operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve process challenges.
- Evaluate emerging manufacturing technologies and support equipment selection through data‑driven assessments.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and process flow diagrams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8‑10 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering within a high‑volume production environment.
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage.
- Experience with automation, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT, and data‑driven manufacturing systems.
- Proven success in process design, optimization, validation, and engineering project leadership.
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software, ERP/MES systems, statistical process control, and manufacturing data analysis tools.
