DuPont Credit Team is seeking a Credit Team Leader responsible for the effective and efficient performance of credit activities and internal controls for the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize and manage credit activities for the customer portfolio in Center in alignment with agreed objectives.
- Accountable for day-to-day execution of credit operational activities to maximize receivable turnover and minimize cost of receivable.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely preparation and reporting of Credit Center portfolio metrics and results.
- Identify opportunities and recommend improvements based on monthly analysis of FSC customer portfolio to reduce overdues and improve DSO performance.
- Maintain proactive interaction with Sales, Business Management, Customers and Customer Services to increase process efficiency within the sales‑to‑cash flow.
- Ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and satisfactory resolution of customer complaints.
- Monitor other operational metrics and controls to ensure process efficiency.
- Lead implementation initiatives within FSC customer portfolio on process standardization, optimization, and leveraging increased efficiency in credit area.
- Provide credit guidance to the team to ensure compliance with DuPont Credit policy, guidelines, laws, and regulations.
- Develop team members, ensuring each receives adequate functional training,



assigning operational tasks and projects with balanced workload, and fostering career development.
- Drive Center/Team‑Wide Operations Projects and Improvement Initiatives in partnership with Credit PMO Team.
- Ensure personnel development of all staff to keep KSAs aligned with role requirements.

Qualifications

- Credit, finance or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in English required; other languages considered a plus.
- Solid understanding of systems infrastructure used in credit sub‑processes.
- Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Leadership experience desired.
- Proven team leadership skills: ability to influence, motivate others, and work effectively with all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent and results oriented.
- Strong customer focus skills.
- Strong understanding and focus on internal controls framework.
