? About the Role

In this position, you will support client service operations, employee benefit enrollments, data accuracy, proposal preparation, and ongoing client support. Your primary responsibility will be assisting two in-office Account Managers with administrative and data‑related tasks to ensure a smooth client experience.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to learn systems quickly, and a genuine desire to help clients and their employees.

Support two Account Managers with daily administrative and data entry tasks
Assist with employee benefit enrollments and client service operations
Maintain accurate data across Excel files, PDFs, and CRM systems
Prepare and support client proposals and documentation
Conduct research and help resolve client‑related inquiries




Ensure strong follow‑through and ownership of assigned tasks

Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients

What We’re Looking For

Insurance experience is required
1–3 years of experience as a Data Entry
Extremely detail‑oriented and highly organized
Strong follow‑through and accountability
Proficiency with Excel, PDFs, and CRM systems
Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and workflows
Tech‑savvy profile preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
