We're looking for a TSA Exit & Separation Program Manager to support a large-scale business separation across LATAM. This role will lead market readiness, TSA exit execution, operational transitions, and cross-functional coordination between general and local teams. Location: Mexico City, Mexico | Remote Language: Fluent English & Spanish Duration: 15+ months Key Requirements: ~6-8+ years of Program/Project Management experience ~ Strong background in M&A;, carve-outs, divestitures, business separations, or TSA Exit programs ~ Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries ~ Exposure to operational readiness, contract novation, legal entities, and transition management ~ Healthcare, Medical Device, Life Sciences, or Consulting experience preferred If you've helped organizations navigate complex separations and transition programs, we'd love to hear from you.
