We are seeking a Team Lead Bookkeeper to oversee a team of bookkeeping professionals supporting U.S. CPA firms and clients while ensuring accurate financial reporting and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of bookkeeping associates.

Review financial statements, reconciliations, and reports.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of bookkeeping tasks.

Communicate with clients to resolve accounting issues.

Monitor team productivity and quality standards.

Drive process improvements and mentor junior staff.

Required Qualifications

Advanced English proficiency (required).

3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting outsourcing experience.

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, and U.S. GAAP.

Experience Reviewing The Work Of Other Team Members.

Leadership and communication skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.

CPA/CA candidate is a plus.
