We are now entering the business segment, and our goal is to provide the best financial operating system for small and medium‐sized enterprises (SMEs).
Position overview
Full‐time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, requiring attendance 2‐3 times per week.
Responsibilities
Build business strategies by working closely with company executives and high‐level management to create strategic plans with key performance indicators.
Support project management and the development of high‐quality deliverables.
Improve processes based on data analysis: develop future‐facing insights, implications and recommendations, deliver advice, make recommendations and solve problems.
Manage team: mentor and coach junior teammates and contribute to Klar's knowledge‐management initiatives and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or analytical field (e.g., Computational, Mechatronics, Mathematics, Engineering, AI).
Advanced English level; most communication within Klar happens in English.
2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement and automation.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
Advanced SQL and advanced Python skills.




Experience using AI to automate processes.
Tableau is a plus.
