We are looking for a Senior Creative Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is adecuado for a strategic, innovative, and inspiring individual who understands how to lead the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns, content, social media, and influencer marketing initiatives that effectively promote Aeromexico’s brand, products, and services across B2C, B2B, and internal audiences. This position ensures that all creative initiatives are aligned with the airline’s marketing, commercial, and internal objectives while overseeing a production budget exceeding MXN $100 million.



The Senior Creative Manager drives organizational excellence, operational efficiency, and innovation to elevate brand health and accelerate business growth through impactful, memorable, and data-driven storytelling. The role leads end-to-end campaign development, provides creative direction across multiple channels, optimizes performance marketing content using analytics, oversees external production partners, and fosters a consistent premium brand identity across every customer touchpoint.

Educational requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.

Experience:
10+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related disciplines.
5+ years of proven experience in a senior creative leadership role, preferably within an in-house agency, the travel industry, creative agencies, or managing premium brands.
