Your responsibilities will include




- Lead and oversee import and export operations, ensuring smooth execution and full compliance with local and general requirements.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics processes, working closely with Forwarders, Internal teams, and stakeholders across the supply chain.
- Prepare and manage key documentation (Invoices, electronic manifests, regulatory filings), always ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
- Act as a key point of contact with Custom Brokers, supervising their performance and audit customs expenses regularly
- Supervise HS codes assigned to the product are compliant with local regulation
- Monitor shipments in transit and proactively address risks to ensure continuity of supply.
- Identify and implement more efficient transportation strategies, balancing cost, service level, and operational needs.
- Analyze freight expenses and drive initiatives to optimize costs and improve logistics performance.
