Job Summary
**Responsibilities**:
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops.
- Prepare fields before planting.
- Water and irrigate crops as instructed.
- Remove weeds and assist with pest control.
- Load, unload, and transport harvested produce.
- Sort, clean, and pack agricultural products.
- Operate basic farming tools and equipment safely.
- Assist with general farm maintenance and cleaning.
- Follow workplace safety rules and company procedures.
- Perform other agricultural duties assigned by supervisors.
**Requirements**:
- Male, ***** years old.
- Legally authorized to work in Mexico.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Previous farming, harvesting, or agricultural experience is preferred but not required.
- No university degree required.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 25 kg.
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, dusty, or rainy conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Willing to work flexible hours,



including weekends and overtime during peak harvest seasons.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with vegetables, fruits, grains, or livestock.
- Experience using tractors or basic agricultural machinery.
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and crop maintenance.
- Understanding of safe handling of farming tools and equipment.
