About the Role

As Inventory Manager, you will lead strategic inventory initiatives across global operations, leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and machine learning to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste,



and improve supply chain responsiveness. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Finance to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement in inventory governance.

What You Will Do
- Lead the development and execution of global inventory strategies aligned with financial and operational goals.
- Own monthly Executive SIOP reviews and drive alignment across planning, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar BI tools to monitor inventory KPIs (e.g., turns, E&O;, fill rate).
- Utilize predictive analytics and machine learning models to forecast inventory needs and identify opportunities for reduction.
- Implement automation tools for real-time inventory tracking, replenishment, and cycle counting.
