Lead a team of Engineers as well as cross functional teams,
providing support in Equipment documentation, validation and criteria; as well as in mechanical, electrical and electronics disciplines.Use Devices, accessories, tools and equipment according to the process; verifying that they are in good conditions of use and reporting those that are in poor condition for repair.Communicate unsafe acts or conditions to their superiors.Participate in the emergency brigades and Health and Safety commission, when required.Participate in the Health and Safety courses that the company establishes.Ensure on time delivery of units, verifying that human resources, equipment and tools are available; to anticipate and resolve downtime situations that may affect compliance with the production plan.Implement and participate in the equipment improvements in response to the recurrences documented in the EE's and analysis of down times.Request spare parts for the equipment, as required.Monitor inventory of spare parts for replenishment.Submit PR's and PO's for the purchase of spare parts.Search for new suppliers validating their effectiveness.Coordinate the distribution of overtime for equipment technicians.Lead and mentor staff in the area of equipment engineering, focused on development,
performance and decision making; in order to meet the goals of the organization.Provide technical guidance to equipment technicians to purchase spare parts or specialized tools.Monitor the fulfilment of the activities of the Equipment Technicians.Generate the manufacturing results in the expected times using the designated resources, using the established systems and processes; to contribute to the efficiency and profitability of the Company.Verify the status of the equipment of the previous day by analyzing data.Participate in the process of new lines implementation.Repair faulty equipment making the diagnosis for the solution of the failure.Answer notifications of faulty equipment (EE's, Equipment Events) documenting the failure and validation of repairs performed.QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:Good analytical and problem-solving skills.English advanced level, read, written, spoken.3 years + of work experience o Equipment, Maintenance or Manufacturing Engineer.
