The Investor Relations Advisor supports the Investor Relations Team in the execution of the company's IR strategy, ensuring high-quality communication with investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
The role focuses on preparing materials, managing data, and supporting interactions with the investment community.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport preparation of earnings materials, presentations, Q&A; documents, and investor communicationsAssist in investor and analyst engagement, including meeting coordination, follow-ups, and briefing materialsMaintain and analyze financial and operational data, peer benchmarking, and market intelligenceHelp monitor share price performance, investor holdings, and sell-side researchSupport execution of investor events (earnings calls, roadshows, conferences)Ensure accuracy and consistency across all external IR disclosures and materialsPosition Challenges/CompetenciesAbility to operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where outputs are reviewed by senior executives (EVP/CEO level)Navigating time-sensitive deliverables around earnings cycles, market events,



and ad-hoc investor inquiries with zero margin for errorBalancing multiple workstreams simultaneously (e.G., Q&A; prep, peer analysis, event logistics) while maintaining quality and accuracyCapacity to synthesize large volumes of financial and operational informationExercising sound judgment and discretion when handling material non-public informationPosition RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)3–6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Capital MarketsStrong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets dynamicsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg/FactSet (or equivalent platforms)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHigh attention to detail with the ability to deliver executive ready materials under tight deadlinesExperience with SEC/BMV filings and disclosure regulations is a plusOwnership mentality is critical as this position will cover a maternity and selected candidate will need to run independently from day one#J-*****-Ljbffr
