Sales & Business Development SpecialistWe are looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist with experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management.Experience in the automotive, industrial, coatings, or chemical industries is highly desirable.What You Will DoManage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.Identify and develop new business opportunities.Prospect new customers and expand the company's commercial presence.Manage commercial projects from quotation through implementation.Prepare quotations, pricing, and cost analyses.Work closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, Warehouse, and Technical Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor sales performance, KPIs, forecasts, and business opportunities.Participate in customer visits, plant tours, and audits.Analyze market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.Contribute to sales planning, budgeting, and commercial strategy.What We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development,
