Position SummaryThe ESG & Carbon Neutrality Specialist (Entry-Level) supports the execution of HYMEX's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs and carbon neutrality initiatives.This role focuses on assisting with data collection, reporting, audits, and sustainability activities under the guidance of senior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesESG Support & ComplianceSupport ESG audits for internal operations and external suppliersAssist in ESG data collection and documentation for compliance and reportingHelp prepare ESG guidelines, audit materials, and internal proceduresCarbon Neutrality & Data ManagementSupport collection and validation of GHG emissions data (Scope 1, 2, 3)Assist in tracking carbon neutrality KPIs and preparing reportsSupport activities such as energy‐saving campaigns and renewable energy initiatives (e.g., RE100, I-REC support)Reporting & AnalysisAssist in preparing monthly, quarterly,



and annual ESG reportsSupport KPI tracking and basic data analysisPrepare presentations and summaries for internal reportingSupplier & Stakeholder SupportAssist in ESG audits and training sessions for partner companiesSupport development of ESG communication materials (newsletters, training content)Help coordinate ESG‐related meetings and workshopsSustainability ActivitiesSupport ESG‐related social contribution (CSV) activitiesParticipate in environmental improvement and energy‐saving initiativesAssist in execution of sustainability projects across the plantDocumentation & Administrative SupportMaintain ESG‐related documentation and records for auditsSupport management of ESG digital platforms and internal toolsEducationBachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sustainability, or related fieldExperienceNo prior experience required (internship or academic project experience preferred)Skills & CompetenciesBasic understanding of ESG, sustainability, or environmental management (academic level acceptable)Strong willingness to learn and develop ESG expertiseBasic data analysis skills (Excel preferred)Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)Ability to work in a team and collaborate with multiple departments
