and provide feedback on employee performance and productivity.Make operational decisions related to inventory control, storage, and material flow to ensure efficiency.Plan, schedule, and adjust logistics activities within the assigned flow (Inbound or Outbound) according to operational requirements.Authorize and execute rescheduling of logistics operations to ensure continuity of plant operations and customer service.Initiate inventory adjustments and upscale for approval according to the Delegation of Authority (DOA).
