OverviewSr Industrial Engineer role supporting manufacturing operations through SAP master data management, capacity analysis, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborates with production, planning, process engineering, and global teams to support demand changes, engineering updates, operational optimization, and strategic manufacturing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesSAP Management: Create and maintain routings, production versions, and ensure data accuracy across systems.Engineering and Capacity Analysis: Lead engineering changes, perform capacity analysis, and support production balancing strategies.Operational Optimization: Identify constraints, evaluate risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate activities with production, planning, process engineering, and general teams to support strategic manufacturing initiatives.Reporting and Decision Support: Develop operational reports and dashboards, providing analysis and recommendations for decision-making.Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance as needed.QualificationsBachelor 's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, with proven experience in manufacturing, production,
