This role is critical to ensuring partnerships run smoothly, perform efficiently, and continuously improve through data and experimentation.You will work closely with the Partnerships Manager and the Head of Partnerships, gaining exposure to commercial strategy, CPG partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Data teams.This is a hands-on, analytical, and high-learning role with clear growth potential.Role Responsibilities1.
Partnership Performance & AnalyticsTrack weekly performance of partnerships by brand, campaign, and categoryMonitor KPIs such as spend, orders, trips, ROI, CAC, and retentionMaintain dashboards and reports to support decision-makingIdentify trends, risks, and optimization opportunitiesFlag underperforming campaigns and suggest data-backed improvements2.




Partnership Operations & ExecutionSupport the setup, QA, and launch of partnership campaignsCoordinate timelines, assets, budgets, and approvals with internal teamsEnsure campaigns are executed accurately and on timeSupport post-campaign analysis and performance recaps3.
Partner SupportAct as day-to-day support for operational partner requestsPrepare presentations, reports, and performance updates for partnersEnsure partners receive timely and accurate informationEscalate strategic or complex issues to the Partnerships Manager when needed4.
Experimentation & LearningSupport the testing of new partnership mechanics, promotions, and incentivesHelp design and track experiments and A/B testsDocument learnings and best practices to improve future partnerships5.
