- New Product Introduction (NPI): Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.Provide input on design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) to streamline production processes.
- Process Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and specifications.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to production personnel on new processes, equipment, and procedures.Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the manufacturing team.
- Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve production issues and challenges in a timely manner.Implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations in the manufacturing environment.Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment of manufacturing processes with overall business objectives.Project Management: Lead or participate in manufacturing-related projects, from conception to completion.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
