**Position Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business, communication, or related fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising a call center or customer service teams.
- **Languages**: Advanced proficiency in English.
- **Skills**:
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the customer service team in the call center.




- Ensure compliance with company service standards and quality guidelines.
- Conduct training sessions and periodic performance evaluations for team members.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, implementing improvements when necessary.
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer service issues.
