**Billing Specialist (Remote)**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assist with immigration client billing duties;
- Call on immigration clients in regards to account inquiries;
- Accurately process client payments;
- Assist with and complete special projects as assigned.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Formal education preferred but not required; however, equivalent experience is required.
- Solid work history.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Adobe PDF is preferred but not required.
- A passion for helping underserved populations and individuals from all walks of life.
- Strong interest in immigration-based practice.




- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt easily to changing circumstances.
