**Experience**:

- Ability to coordinate process improvement projects and supply chain optimization.

- Effective Interaction: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with international suppliers, clients and internal teams.
- Advanced level of English required.
**Main Activities**:
- Primary responsibility is to support supply chain and inventory team and to maintain interdepartmental communication and synergy for overall company success.
- Monitor WooCommerce order statuses to ensure all orders are fulfilled within 48 hours.
Troubleshoot issues with dev team and 3PL warehouses.
- Analyze and compile weekly sales data from various sources to provide consolidated inventory movement by sku.
Publish report to key stakeholders weekly.
- Assist in maintaining sku database and item sheet.
- Oversee the inventory for the company's rapidly growing Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS business, including creating and managing replenishment shipments, removal orders, and problem solving.
- Monitor inventory levels at domestic and international network of 3PL warehouses and ensure accuracy in tracking and reporting.
- Liaison with third-party warehouse (3PL) providers requesting cycle counts, stock status, order status, VAS tasks, and follow up on discrepancies until resolution.
- Process daily Amazon Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) and eBay orders and ensure all tracking and order statuses are updated timely.
- Ensure warehouse returns are processed within SLA to give customer service team timely updates and develop reporting for supply chain team.
Develop and publish weekly reporting to key stakeholders.
- Assist with monitoring ocean freight rates and shipments and publish weekly report.
- Review invoicing from vendors and prepare summaries.
