**This position reports to**:
Operations Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive operational and strategic efficiency in the purchasing department through in-depth process analysis, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and implementing innovative solutions.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in San Luis Potosi or Mexico city.
You will be mainly accountable for: - Oversee the correct allocation and monitoring of the open process backlog (PR, PO, supplier registration in SAP Ariba) - Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls established by the organization (SLAs, approvals, audits).
- Monitor and report area KPIs to detect deviations and propose corrective actions.
(savings, CPQ, vendors evaluation)



- Ensure the correct management of commercial contracts and purchase orders.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- 5 years of professional experience in similar position or related
- SAP management proficient in Purchase/Procurement modules
- Advanced English communications skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Data Analysis & Power BI skills
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business Administration or related)
- Availability for business travels (20% of travel requirement per year)
