**Lead Performance Analytics Specialist - ServiceNow ITSM**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop performance analytics, scripting, and business rules to enhance system capabilities.
- Utilize ServiceNow Flow Designer for workflow design and automation.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and create visualizations for business insights.
- Optimize ServiceNow performance and facilitate seamless integrations with automation scenarios.
- Support continuous improvement of processes through performance metrics and analytics.
**Essential Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically in IT Service Management.
- Proven expertise in Performance Analytics configuration, scripting, and business rules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and workflow automation.




- Experience in ServiceNow reporting, data analysis, and visualization.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow performance optimization and integrations.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in advanced automation, scripting, or additional ServiceNow modules.
