and othersContinuous Improvement & ResultsDrive process efficiency improvements, scrap reduction, productivity, and cost savingsInnovation initiativesPromote Industry 4.0, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiativesAccountability / Ownership - Full ownership of AME resultsTools You Need To Bring With YouKnowledge of Manufacturing Process EngineeringDevelopment, validation, and optimization of production processesLayout design and line balancingKnowledge of takt time, capacity, and throughputEnd‐to‐end NPD lifecycle management from design to productionEnsuring line readiness (capacity, quality, training, etc.)Coordination with design, quality, and operations teamsImplementation of automation solutions (fixtures, stations, lines)Selection and validation of technologies (robotics, vision systems, torque control, others)Integration of new equipment into existing processesProject Management (CAPEX) – planning, execution, and control of capital investment projectsFinancial evaluation (ROI, Payback)Supplier management and equipment procurementCore Tools / QualityPFMEAControl Plans, work instructions, and process validationKnowledge of quality metrics (Scrap, FPY,
