OverviewThe Business Credit Office (BCO) team is part of COO at HSBC Mexico.The primary focus of a BCO Analyst is owning the End-to-End credit process for Wholesale Banking customers to support Relationship Managers in structuring credit solutions that meet the financial needs of Corporate, Commercial Real Estate, Financial Institutions and Multinational clients, contributing to the growth of HSBC's lending portfolio and the bank's business objectives.ResponsibilitiesPortfolio monitoring: work closely with Relationship Managers and clients to monitor compliance of financial and non-financial terms of the lending portfolio, detect negative trends, and ensure the completeness of the credit file to facilitate operations of credits (payments and disbursements).
Customer facing: maintain contact with customers to follow up documentation, support portfolio management, and obtain information for thorough borrower analysis for monitoring or portfolio growth.Communication with back office: build efficient communication bridges with supporting teams within HSBC (spreading, file monitoring, operations, legal)
