We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join El Dorado private golf and beach club community.El Dorado Golf and Beach Club, set at Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, México.Full-Time | On-Site The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating strategies that elevate operational standards, strengthen employee skills, and foster leadership and organizational culture.This role partners with division management to align development programs with corporate goals, ensures strict compliance with Mexican labor law and STPS requirements in training, and provides ongoing follow-up to DLC corporate Learning and Development initiatives.By integrating business objectives with legal obligations, the manager guarantees that learning efforts drive performance, uphold employee experience, and meet regulatory standards.Collaborate with managers and leaders to align training initiatives with business outcomes and corporate goals.Design, implement, and oversee the yearly training plan, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law and STPS requirements.Implement and follow up on DLC corporate Learning and Development initiatives.Identify current and future skill /training gaps through job analysis, career paths, org climate, etc.Develop and deliver training programs that strengthen employee skills, leadership competencies, and organizational culture.Coordinate training on company policies, operational standards, and procedures.Monitor training effectiveness, ROI, and report results to HR Director and leadership when requested Ensure training initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and timely achievements.Ensure adherence to NOM-035, STPS protocols, Training MX committee and compliance including DC1, DC2, DC3 and DC4 Coordinate mandatory food handling training sessions (February and June).
Internship programs: Coordinate internal and external internships,



including partnerships with universities.Manage recognition programs such as tenure letters and pins, birthdays, monthly performance awards,etc Ensure the promotion and posting of current audiovisual content across the different internal communication channels such as StaffApp, email & LinkedIn.Manage bilingual (English, Spanish) training program, provide monthly reports.Consolidate training results and present updates to different areas, ensuring sign-in lists and documentation are complete Oversee usage and condition of training rooms, equipment, and furniture.within their area, as well as managing area budget to ensure efficiency and impact within the established resources.Trend monitoring: Stay updated on training trends and best practices to keep programs innovative.Cross-cultural collaboration: Bachelor's degree Diploma in Human Resources, Education, Communication, Organizational Psychology, or related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience leading L&D; in luxury hospitality.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, Outlook, Teams.Fluent in English and Spanish (ideally bilingual or at least 75% English.Familiarity with Mexican Labor Law (LFT) and STPS L&D; regulations and compliance.Hospitality Operations- Communication- Leadership- Active Listening- Engagement- Training Design- Organization- Innovation- Continuous Improvement- Integrity- Confidentiality- Collaboration- Teamwork- Adaptability- Resilience.El Dorado Golf & Beach Club is an exclusive, private golf and beach community set across a mile of stunning coastline along Mexico's Baja California Peninsula.Located along the "Golden Corridor" that connects San Jose del Calo to Cabo San Lucas, El Dorado encompasses 520 acres of land boasting incredible desert landscapes and breathtaking beaches.As part of this community, members can experience vibrant amenities including a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course; a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center; All while providing thehighest level of member and guest services and contributing to the creation of unforgettable experiences.For more information about our company, please visit:
