You’ll help us source the highest quality parts and services from around the globe while ensuring optimal cost and on-time delivery. You’ll also contribute to establishing a robust supply chain so that we can continually produce the vehicles our customers want.

As a Supplier Technical Assistance (STA)



Electronics Engineer The responsibility of this role is to supports our Integral suppliers with Manufacturing Technical expertise as they invest and grow their business to support ours.

This role involves implementing commodity-specific business plans to ensure suppliers exceed corporate launch, quality, capacity, warranty, and vehicle delivery metrics, while leading cross-functional decisions with Ford and supplier leadership to drive resolution of open issues, implementing actions to ensure zero vehicle losses from suppliers, and serving as the principal for on-site troubleshooting and corrective actions during emergency supplier situations, all while continuously growing expertise in electronics manufacturing.
