Instead of just "closing the books," you will establish a reliable monthly tempo under Mexican GAAP standards, ensuring our ledger is spotless and leadership has clear.Transactional Flow: Keep our cash moving.
You will optimize how we bill clients, make collections painless, and ensure vendors are paid accurately, eliminating any operational friction in our day-to-day cash flow.Operational Strategy: Help us see around corners.
You won't just report historical data; you will help translatethose numbers into useful insights for budgeting,
