**About the Position**
We are looking for a **Senior Investment Analyst** to join our team in Guadalajara.
In this role, you will be a key player in evaluating new investment opportunities and managing our current portfolio, contributing to the growth strategy of our invested companies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with founders and executive teams of portfolio companies to identify and execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Evaluate new investment opportunities by conducting detailed analysis, advanced financial modeling, and due diligence.
- Prepare financial presentations and reports for decision-making within the investment committee.
- Monitor the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (with an outstanding academic track record).




- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Venture Capital (VC), Private Equity (PE), Investment Banking (IB), or related fields, with a focus on financial analysis and investment evaluation.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuations, and quantitative analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to influence decision-making and contribute strategic insights based on complex data analysis.
